After a few months have passed since the release of the beta version of Firefly AI tools in Adobe software, the company has now announced these tools for all users.
Adobe says that Firefly’s AI tools are now commercially available in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and Adobe Experience Cloud services. In other words, now general users of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. can ask the Adobe AI model to do different things for them with text commands.
The company is also launching a standalone web app for Firefly that will allow users to access some of the productivity AI features without having to subscribe to Adobe Creative Suite apps. Of course, users who pay for a Creative Cloud subscription will also benefit from Adobe Express Premium and the Firefly web application.
The Adobe Firefly for Enterprise service is now available for public deployment. This can be especially true for businesses that want to use an AI model. Because Adobe has taught this model with Adobe Stock library and copyright-free content, working with companies will not be a problem. The company also says that it is developing methods to model each business’s Fire Persona to create a self-branded product and create content with AI.
All content created with Firefly AI features will have Content Credentials tags. This tag is placed in metadata files to indicate that the content is hand-crafted. Tags include information such as the name of the content, the date of production, the name of the tool with which the content is produced, and the changes applied to the file.
The company has also announced the launch of payment programs for Adobe Stock users whose content is used in training AI models. However, it is not yet clear when the service will launch.
